PAUL THOMAS ANDERSON’S PUNCH-DRUNK LOVE SCREENING + LIVE SCORE
Special guests Jon Brion and a not to be missed female vocalist
On March 5 Wordless Music and Spaceland present a special screening of Paul Thomas Anderson’s Punch-Drunk Love (2002) with Jon Brion’s original score, performed live. The score has been re-orchestrated for performance by 50 members of New York’s Wordless Music Orchestra and Los Angeles’ wild Up ensemble, led by conductor Ryan McAdams and percussionistsYuri Yamashita-Morales and Wilson Torres. For this premiere event, Wordless Music has partnered with Sony Pictures and director Paul Thomas Anderson to produce a new score-less print of the film for live orchestral accompaniment.
